Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving my family and Mark's family all got together at my parent's house. I had a set of grandparents there and two of Mark's cousins came from Provo to join us. It's so nice having our families so close. While we were all together we had a family picture on the Dahle side. We were all there except Mark's brother Karl who is on a mission. The day after Thanksgiving we played around in the church gym. I wasn't feeling too well, but everyone else had fun playing all kinds of games. Line tag, Dodge ball, Bump, Lightning, Around the World... Between all the games we enjoyed Thanksgiving part 2. The yummiest part of Thanksgiving was homemade ice cream and my grandma's chocolate cake with Brazilian chocolate. Not too traditional but oh my yummy goodness!! Too bad neither of those tasty treats made it to Thanksgiving part 2.

What a dream come true! It would be the best holiday EVER to have Scotts fam (which I totally consider my own) and my fam all together! You are so blessed to be surrounded by family. That is just so cool. And I love the orange shirts! Is that still your favorite color? (Or am I making that up?)

Looks like you guys had so much fun! I have to agree with you, it's so nice to be around family. (Added bonus that you don't have to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal!) Your family picture is super cute.

Orange is Mark's all time favorite color. No competition. His high school colors were orange and black. Orange has become a part of my life.

I didn't ever get to see a final picture of the whole family. What fun! I just wish it hadn't been so cold. My smile then would not have had to be so forced!
