We're so grateful to live in this country and to have the freedoms that we have. I love the forth of July. We went to the Rupert parade. It was actually quite cold this year. We didn't eat any of the Otter pops that were handed out. The kids had fun collecting candy.
Mark bought a few fireworks to support a friend and got to put his name into a drawing for a firework party package worth over ninety dollars. And of course Mr. Lucky here won!
I'm glad I took this picture right when I did. She was done as soon as she started.
We watched my brother and Mark light off fireworks. At one point Lexi said, "I don't like fireworks." Isaac piped up, " I DO!" It was hilarious. My sister actually recorded them saying that while she was recording a firework. We'll see if we can find a way to get it from her. So silly.
